    J. U. GARVER LIVED IN FARMER CITY, ILLINOIS AND, LATER, MOVED TO CHICAGO.
    THE CONTENT OF THIS LETTER PERTAINS TO THE "FEDERAL RUNABOUT" CLAIMED TO BE THE BEST CAR IN AMERICA FOR THE MONEY.  IT, ALSO, CONCERNS RESPONDING TO ONE WHO WANTS A JOB WITH FEDERAL AUTOMOBILE. AT THE TOP RIGHT CORNER, NAMES LISTED ARE:
