Condition:
It has normal letter folds with some minor flaws and is in very GOOD condition (sold AS IS).
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper and is NOT attached to the LETTERHEAD.
Approximate size of letterhead is
8 1/2" X 11".
