    Description

    ITEM DESCRIPTION:
"Rosalind" in a photo credited to Matzene of N.Y., pictured in color on what was the frontispiece of the March 1908 issue of Burr McIntosh Monthly. With piece of tissue paper affixed near left edge and laying over top of image (folded back in scan, but partially visible at left side).
Measures approximately 7" X 12", this color toned page/print has no printing on the reverse (blank back). Very clean other than light crease at top left corner.
Burr McIntosh Monthly pages were originally bound with a staple through the pages then string run through the three holes shown near one of the edges. The publication encouraged readers to pull their prints for framing, going so far as to offer their own specially sized frames and mats. Complete issues are rare.
You are purchasing the single print/page in the title and shown above.
