2 Vintage 13" Ludwig Nickel Hoop Rim 60's? 6 lug Tom Snare

Here are 2 13" Vintage Ludwig Hoops in Nickel for a Tom or maybe a snare.  I'm guessing from the 60's or before. They are non magnetic.  They weigh in at 524 grams and 526 grams.  I'm not an expert on these so please bear with.  One has a dent as shown in one of the pictures.  One lays flat and the other a slight wiggle.  They both will fit over a shell but are just a bit tight in some place than others.  Maybe you know how to get them perfect in the round again...  There are scratches and imperfections like you'd expect from a hoops this old.
After all they are probably around 60 years old.  Take a close look at the pictures for condition.  Will possibly separate.   I try to do the best I can to describe these but I'm not perfect if you have further questions please let me know..
