Description

Authentic antique folio photogravure print dating to 1903 as published by the Salon de Paris. Print was published in the year 1903 by this publisher in a limited edition of 200 prints.   Condition is very good and clean for the age showing a normal slight age patina and a slight "ghost" impression in utmost blank margins edges from a previous tissue protector which is no longer attached. Also, there a few faint minor ripples in blank margins, not image. Print is full plate and blank on back. Blank margins are wider than shown in auction image.   Overall size is approximately 8.5 by 12.5 inches with image size being approximately 5 1/8 by 6 7/8 inches.
Print is not titled but is known as "Coming Home from the Fields." Artist is Mlle. G. Leese.
