Description

Antique photogravure printing process folio print on paper, dating to 1914. Condition is a general good and clean for a print of this age, with an age patina, slight wear and bottom blank margin edge, showing evidence of once being bound in a book. Bottom edge has a crease from being bound. Print has text on back, which cannot be seen on front of print. Print is from an incomplete antique book called the Mentor. Mentor published in hardcover and in softcover. All Mentor softcovers come with 6 prints being unbound. Again, this auction is for one print, from the hardcover book. This print is from the hardcover book, which was broken and incomplete when found. Blank margins are as shown and full.  Overall size is approximately 6.5 by 9.25 inches which includes blank margins.
