Using the included EH4W wireless receiver and ET2W wireless transmitter, the technician simply attaches any Fieldpiece accessory head and then sends or receives measurements wirelessly. The wireless range is up to 100 feet away from either unit. All measurements are taken in real time so technicians get a more accurate diagnosis of whatever they are testing.
The portable wireless products allow the technician to:
Receive and display measurements from any accessory head connected to the ET2W transmitter (included) using the AC/DC switch.
Use the EH4W to display instant readings of any accessory head connected to it for better analysis.
Transmit signals from the EH4W to another receiver, including another EH4W.
Hang the unit for safer, hands-free testing using a double-magnet hanger for increased stability.
The EH4W is easy to use as there is no need to re-sync when it is used with Fieldpiece single-link meters such as the ET2W, LT17AW, and other EH4Ws. In addition, an easy-to-read display indicates the battery status of the EH4W and partner device. The auto-power off is automatically disabled when the EH4W is wirelessly connected to a partner device. Auto Power Off can be manually disabled also.
