This is a Railroad Special Adjustable Wrench H Williams & Co SPCO Warranted 15.5”.
Wrench is in working condition but does have a piece of guide metal broken off on the rear of the wrench.
Wrench is heavy duty  and weighs approximately 5 lb 8 oz.
