These drum parts are for a Restoration or Project. They need a cleaning.
This is a pair (2 hoops) of used Tama Royalstar Bass Drum hoops. They are in Overall “Good” used condition for their age. They shows signs of normal use, like minor dings or nicks to the hoop or wrap , but  have no major working issues. They will need to be cleaned and restored, but all of the center insert wrap is there, and functioning fine. These parts are being sold As-Is, and “Restoration or For Parts”, so please feel free to ask any questions before buying it. Thank you.
