    This is a  VINTAGE 1960's-1970's Rogers USA 16" 8-LUG TOM HOOP. It is used and in fair condition for it's age and years of use. It has some rust spots, stick marks on the top of the rim and pitting from use and age.  It was taken off a 1960's Rogers USA Tom drum.  It is Sold as is so please look at the pictures carefully and ask questions before you buy it.
